TurboCAD Version 8 for Mac Shipped

IMSI/Design, developer of TurboCAD, has released its newest version of TurboCAD for Mac.

Among the main improvements in TurboCAD Mac version 8 are 64-bit compatibility, enhanced printing capabilities and new cut list properties for bill of materials (BOMs).

Version 8 is available in three different products: TurboCAD Mac Pro, TurboCAD Mac Deluxe 2D/3D and TurboCAD Mac Designer 2D.

New updates to the Pro version of TurboCAD Mac include new quad mesh tools for creating primitives, extrusions, coverts and lathes, a subdivision mesh tool, high dynamic-range images support. Pro users can also access updated photo rendering tools, quicktime recording and improved associative mesh booleans.

There is also overall interoperability improvements, which focus on better AutoCAD 2013 support plus enhanced DWG/DXF and STL file filters.
