Tecnomatrix Jack Software Updated

By DE Editors

The latest release of the Jack human ergonomic software from Siemens PLM enables companies to make manufacturing decisions more quickly and for a wider variety of scenarios than before. With new anthropometric databases and enhancements for seated postures and disembodied hands, Jack 7.1 increases the speed and accuracy of a manufacturer s ergonomic studies so they can make smarter decisions that result in better products.

Jack is part of Siemens PLM Software s Tecnomatrix digital manufacturing software suite. New features in Jack 7.1 include support for posture prediction analysis for seated working conditions; new Korean and Japanese anthropomorphic databases; the ability to perform hand clearance analysis easily with the disembodied hand module; and an enhanced measurement tool that enables the user to quickly measure and place workplace objects.
