The newest version of Infolytica Corporation‘s simulation suite is now available with MagNet, ElecNet, ThermNet and OptiNet. These softwares are designed to help engineers reduce cost and obtain better design in the electromagnetic and electric industries, the company states.
Updates to MagNet allow for the ability to predict surface force density, support of laminations and material segmentations and can stop current flow between conductors while using a new boundary condition.
Additional general improvements include:
- Electnet: Speedups that allow use of many electrodes in a model
- Thermnet: Added surface heat sources
- System Model Generator for creating RSM/VHDL-AMS files for use in system-level simulators.
All softwares are compatible with Windows 7 and 8.
