EFI (Foster City, CA), provider of customer-focused digital printing, announced an enhanced service program (ESP) to support to meet a range of customer needs for its VUTEk product line of superwide dye sublimation, solvent, and UV inkjet printers. For both existing and new VUTEk customers, this contractual ESP will offer three tiers of service response time to better align service levels with customer requirements and geographic locations: critical (a service response time within 8 business hours); proactive (service within 16 business hours); and essential (service within 24 business hours).
