Graebert Announces Convert to Draftsight Program

Consulting service manages CAD conversions and training.

| Published January 23, 2013

Graebert, a developer of custom CAD software, solutions and services (and the co-creator of DraftSight from Dassault Systemes SolidWorks), announced its new "Convert to DraftSight" program and consultancy.

Graebert can convert entire CAD platforms to DraftSight. At just $250 per seat for the premium pack, converting to DraftSight can save customers thousands of dollars compared to competitive CAD platforms, the company says. Graebert's experts analyze a customer's entire 2D environment, manage the conversion of the CAD platform and any existing plug-ins or special functions, and train the customer's staff to become DraftSight power users.

The company creates new applications or plug-ins to help customers leverage DraftSight. Additional functions and tools can also be added to existing applications or plugins. Graebert also provides developers with access to the DraftSight API and support services.

"As the co-creator of DraftSIght and its associated API, we are the preferred partner for companies who want to convert to this popular CAD platform," said Wilfried Graebert, CEO of Graebert. "We are excited to share our expertise with CAD professionals as well as new DraftSight users at SolidWorks World 2013."
