MecSoft has announced support for SolidWorks 2013.

"As a Gold Certified CAM partner, MecSoft is committed to supporting the most recent version of SolidWorks," said Uday Honnalagere, support manager for MecSoft. "With our most recent service release, VisualMILL for SolidWorks is fully certified to run inside SolidWorks versions 2009 thru 2013."

VisualMILL for SolidWorks users can download the most recent service pack via MecSoft's VisualServe software licensing portal.  MecSoft has been a SolidWorks Certified Gold Status partner since 2010, and continues to invest in its VisualMILL for SolidWorks customers by providing yearly upgrades to their product, the company says.

MecSoft also released a new version of RhinoCAM 2012 that runs completely inside Rhino 5.0.

"RhinoCAM 2012 for Rhino 5.0 leverages the numerous enhancements in Rhino 5.0, which makes the product combination an even more powerful design and manufacturing software suite for our customers." said Anita Anand, vice president of sales and operations. "This is the reason we are committed to supporting the latest versions of Rhino, as well as releasing yearly upgrades to RhinoCAM."

RhinoCAM 2012 for Rhino 5.0 is a free download for current RhinoCAM 2012 customers, and can be downloaded immediately from the RhinoCAM website. Both 64 bit and 32 bit versions of RhinoCAM 2012 for Rhino 5.0 are available.
