SolidACE has announced the release of version 1.1 of BuiltWorks 2010, a computer aided structural design and engineering software suite for use in the SolidWorks environment. This new version of BuiltWorks 2010 incorporates a number of new features, several important fixes and updates, as well as performance improvement measures. - New sample library of prototype connections with dedicated directory
- Updated and fixed drawings generator, grid representation, cut-list properties, and more
- Added support of DSTV NC standard for communication with steel production machinery
- Enhanced SDNF and STAAD file import/export with user managed mapping of section names
- Updated built-in help with a new function button in the interface
- New product installer wizard with full support for Windows 7.
Along with a new BuiltWorks release, SolidACE has begun publishing of a series of new training tutorials available free through the company’s web site.
