University of the Pacific's School of Engineering and Computer Science will standardize on IMSI/Design’s DoubleCAD XT PRO for 2D CAD instruction.

IMSI/Design calls DoubleCAD XT PRO an “AutoCAD LT work-alike” with features such as a drafting palette, a range of architectural objects and interop file filters, and geometric and dimensional (parametric) constraints.

"DoubleCAD XT PRO immediately feels familiar while adding numerous additional features," stated Paul Burdick, Systems Administration at the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Pacific.  "We're excited to extend our current CAD curriculum with DoubleCAD XT PRO."
