Introducing the new Dimension 1200es Series

The Dimension 1200es Series joins the Dimension 3D Printing Group's line of desktop modeling systems.

The Dimension 1200es Series from the Dimension 3D Printing Group (Minneapolis, MN), a business unit of Stratasys, Inc. is now available. Priced at priced at $26,000 for the BST and $34,900 for the SST version, the 1200es joins the group's line of desktop modeling systems -- which includes the Dimension Elite (priced at $32,900) and 768 Series (priced from $18,900).

Engineers and designers will look forward to the 1200es Series’ 10 x 10 x 12-inch build size, affordability, and its ability to print models with ABSplus, a material that is on average 40 percent stronger than standard Stratasys ABS plastic, and can provide stronger models and improved surface finish.

The Dimension 1200es has injection molded parts-type characteristics. Customers of the 1200 Series 3D non-es version will be pleased to note that Dimension is offering an enhancement package to upgrade to the 1200es for $5,000.
