Radiance Technologies Announces TrueDelivery 4.5

Digital asset delivery system eases corporate transition to all-digital delivery workflows.

| Published December 28, 2007

Radiance Technologies (Los Altos, CA) announced TrueDelivery 4.5, which offers enterprise users product enhancements including open-standards APIs, greater data throughput, increased scalability, new network management capabilities, and delivery notification capabilities.

Enterprises deploy the TrueDelivery asset delivery system software into existing process workflows on existing servers and desktops to provide a workflow-based delivery system through an overlay network that optimizes network resources and bandwidth. As a result, geographically dispersed teams can send, receive, track, and collaborate on large videos, graphical documents, images, and other enterprise files and data online.

The new Collaboration Node Extension module and TrueDelivery SOA adapter for BEA WebLogic 10 let enterprises implement a completely automated delivery-workflow process and rapid integration into a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system. TrueDelivery 4.5 is available as either a managed service fully supported by Radiance or as licensed software supported by the customer.

New network management capabilities and an enhanced management interface let network administrators simplify the creation and management of a network of servers, between users at each work location. Plus, client search functions have been added to TrueDelivery, and administrators can now perform batch operations for client creation, e-mail address changes, and other changes to client attributes.

Additional specifications and enhancements improve system scalability, management, and granularity in the way large files can be delivered.
