| Published December 23, 2007

Objet Geometries Ltd. (Rehovot, Israel) announced that its Connex500 3D printing system has won the EuroMold 2007 Innovation Award. Objet unveiled its PolyJet Matrix Technology and the Connex500, which opens a new era in rapid prototyping of multi-material models. It is the first system to enable printing of parts and assemblies made of multiple model materials, all in a single build. The Connex500 also fabricates Digital Materials on the fly, enabling users to create composite materials that have preset combinations of mechanical properties. It is the first time in eight years that a rapid prototyping (RP) company has been awarded the manufacturing industry's top award. For further details, go to Objet Geometries Ltd.
